Blackmores I-Folic is a combination of iodine and folic acid for pregnancy, both important preconception & pregnancy nutrients. It provides iodine to promote baby’s brain, eyesight and hearing development. I-Folic provides a daily dose of 500g of folic acid. This may help reduce risk of birth defects of the brain and/or spinal cord such as spina bifida if taken daily for 1 month prior to conception and during pregnancy.
