We are using the Little Innoscents Organic Winter Blues Balm when our daughter has a cough and needs some relief to fall asleep. I put it on her chest and underneath her nose and gently massage it into the skin. It smells very nice. The Eucalyptus and Peppermint helps to relief the cough and the Lavender helps to relax.
