My son only ever had a very mild case of cradle cap. I used the soft part of the brush to rub the moisturiser onto my babies head using a soft circular motion. Then I used the fine tooth comb part of the brush to brush along the scalp to remove the flakes. It worked well and his cradle cap was cleared after a few goes. Read Less
